This is the refund, return and repair policy of Dictation World Pty Ltd and applies to every purchase.
REFUND – RETURN – REPAIR POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided when you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
We recommend you carefully preview all orders before adding them to your cart and proceeding with your order.
Refunds will only be made by Dictation World Pty Ltd via the method you have used to make your online purchase.
Refunds are only accepted if goods are DOA.
Refunds are only accepted strictly within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for user error.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and repaired within a reasonable time and you may be provided with an indicative repair time.
This may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as parts, labour and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, where goods are assessed to have been damaged misused or damaged due to accident.
In some circumstances, goods presented for repair maybe replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired, refurbished parts maybe used to repair the goods.
Any shipping cost from returns of goods to Dictation World Pty Ltd will be at the purchaser’s expense.
All purchases to be delivered in Sydney Metropolitan and outer suburbs will be a flat courier fee.
Deliveries within Sydney metro will be by courier or standard post. If the address is unattended for delivery a card will be left for you the customer to contact Go Logistics or Australia Post.
Interstate deliveries by courier or Australia Post (standard delivery). Express delivery available at a small additional cost.
Please note Dictation World will not take responsibility for loss of goods – Insurance is available at the customer’s cost.
